MBSL introduces ‘Wheal Deal’ financial support scheme for BOP self employed during economic turbulence

Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka and Finance PLC has launched a specialized leasing facility to the market dedicated for the purchase of Three Wheelers with a range of benefits to the customers. Government and private sector employees, self-employed personnel, small and medium scale entrepreneurs, and those who opt to drive Three Wheelers full time as an occupation are able to obtain this facility for registered Three Wheelers.

‘MBSL – Wheel Deal’ also offers an array of differentiated complementary benefits to the customers:

  1. Complementary insurance coverage
  2. Free Documentation charges
  3. Free DSI tire
  4. Free voucher worth Rs.5,000/= from Cargills Food City
  5. Competitive interest rate where it costs only around Rs 100 per day (conditions apply) 

This special leasing facility will be processed within a day with a minimum amount of documentation, The ‘MBSL–Wheel Deal’ installment value and time period will be determined proportional to the income status of the customers seeking the facility. This scheme also designed to provide liquidity support to this BOP segment during this economic turbulence.
