{"id":1784,"date":"2026-03-11T09:22:12","date_gmt":"2026-03-11T09:22:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mbslbank.com\/?p=1784"},"modified":"2026-03-11T09:22:14","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T09:22:14","slug":"merchant-bank-of-sri-lanka-celebrates-44th-anniversary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mbslbank.com\/si\/merchant-bank-of-sri-lanka-celebrates-44th-anniversary\/","title":{"rendered":"Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka Celebrates 44th Anniversary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka &amp; Finance PLC (MBSL) proudly celebrated its <strong>44th Anniversary on 4th March 2026<\/strong> at the <strong>Head Office premises<\/strong>, marking another important milestone in the Bank\u2019s long-standing journey of serving customers across Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The anniversary celebration at the Head Office included a ceremonial <strong>cake-cutting event<\/strong>, attended by <strong>Mr. Anura Perera (Chairman), Mr. Dammika Hapuhinna (Chief Executive Officer), Mr. Eranga Karunarathne (Chief Operating Officer)<\/strong>, along with members of the <strong>\u0d86\u0dba\u0dad\u0db1\u0dd2\u0d9a \u0d9a\u0dc5\u0db8\u0db1\u0dcf\u0d9a\u0dbb\u0dab\u0dba<\/strong> and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The occasion provided an opportunity to reflect on the Bank\u2019s achievements over the past four decades and its continued commitment to delivering reliable and innovative financial solutions to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In conjunction with the anniversary celebrations, the Bank also organized a <strong>Corporate Social Responsibility initiative in collaboration with the National Blood Bank, Narahenpita<\/strong>, further demonstrating MBSL\u2019s commitment to community wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The anniversary celebrations were successfully concluded, reaffirming <strong>MBSL\u2019s dedication to excellence, customer service, and sustainable growth<\/strong>.
