With over 13 years of experience in multiple disciplines with a major part of it being in Marketing & Product Development, Jude is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and holds an MBA from the University of Colombo, Faculty of Graduate studies and is currently reading for his PHD in the University of Colombo in industrial economics.

Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka PLC will open a Rs. 1 billion Debenture Issue of Rs. 1 billion on November 2 which will be listed on the main Board of the Colombo Stock Exchange.
Of the proceeds, Rs. 500 million will be used for the expansion of the business while Rs. 500 million will go for the settlement of short term borrowings amounting to around Rs. 533 million
